Radhe Dhokla Andheri Mumbai Overall experience BAD, Good concept though. At 1st entry to the restaurant was not inviting. But was craving for quick morning bite. Front of the house- I visited for a quick snack but ended up spending more time because of the team's lack of integration. You can have one minimal option, only by plate, like Dhokla, but samosas are four pcs, so they can't go in. I opted for the Garlic Dhokla plate; otherwise, I would have added one more Samosa. The order taker didn't take my number, so the loyalty program is clearly a big miss. Menu boards can be better like QSRs to make better and quicknchoices, Combos missing. Counter staff should be fresh and suggestive. Distraction on the counter for the order taker, one guy besides was continuously talking to her. Back of the house - When I presented my order copy, One staff saw and gave it back, walked away. I went to another counter, which was a delivery take-away. He did not say anything; he just walked away from my face. When I returned to the main counter, I saw two chefs arguing over portions. Finally, when I pushed, one came and served me the standard, average one-plate garlic dhokla. Not worth the struggle. Tables were not cleaned and laid correctly. Overall, it seems no one attended. Delivery- They have a separate counter. Must be doing 50% + sales on delivery. The dustbin does not have a sign, No water or tissues for Hand sanitiser. Overall, cleaning hygiene is missing. Overall, all employees seem demotivated. Lacks training. The customer feedback mechanism is missing. No focus on repeat guests. The neighbouring roadside Dosa guys have more walk-ins now than they do. I wonder what the Owners are doing, enjoying past success!
