After enjoying Nageshwarnath Temple, it may be a nice idea to visit this restaurant. Many people visit Radha Ratna Restaurant and Rooms to try good paneer, paneer tikka and roti. Get your meal started with delicious tea.

Visited with family on a busy evening. The place was packed, but the staff did a decent job managing the rush. We ordered paneer butter masala with roti, preparation was average, nothing extraordinary. The highlight, however, was the staff which were polite and genuinely helpful throughout.

Despite reviews of "unimpressive service and staff behavior" by many on Google, we took our chance as it was well past lunch time. Our experience was not one to be remembered - it spoiled the delightful mood we carried after visiting Ram Lalla mandir. 1. Service by staff is slow and inattentive. 2. We ordered for plain 'steam' rice and received 'Jeera' rice instead. When we asked to replace, we were told that "we have Jeera Rice ready, but will have to make Steam Rice and needs some time." Q: Why was it not done in the first place ?? 3. We ordered for 'soft' plain dosa, and we received 'crisp' dosa - yes, it got replaced but here is where the attention to customer needs is in focus and the time taken for food to be served. 4. My wife was not feeling well and felt like puking. She left seat and rushed towards the washing area, which was 4 tables away. But before she could reach, she threw up. To avoid making a mess all over, she quickly grabbed an empty glass from a table nearby and puked inside. Instead of asking on her well being, the supervisor (Name: RP) raised concern on "spoiling the glass rather than going to wash basin !!!" Imagine the sensitivity (or lack of it) and empathy towards customers - so much so for hospitality. I could not attend to my wife's health as the supervisor kept cribbing about the glass. I had to tell him that I will pay for the glass. I requested to speak to the Manager for his behavior, to which he said "I am the Manager". (Later I was told by owner that he is only a captain and not manager.) I spoke to the Owner, expressed by disappointment at the service and insensitivity of his staff - owner was not in the restaurant and he, in a gentlemanly manner, apologized on behalf of his staff. (The staff still did not apologize for his unruly and unempathetic behavior) Such behavioral incidents are frequent and owner can not be at the venue each time. After owner's earlier apologies (on google) suchbincidents should have restricted, but it seems we were neither the first and I fear, we may not be the last. To sum up, my experience was not one to remember and yes, I paid for the glasses in addition to the food that got cold in all this commotion and I ate it as-is.
