I recently visited Raam Restaurant, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. First off, the outdoor dining ambience was nothing like what you see in the Instagram reels or what influencers portray. It was very simple and lacked any water decorations or charm. I was expecting a vibrant atmosphere, but instead, it felt quite plain and uninviting. Secondly, if you're looking for prompt service, I wouldn't recommend this place. We waited an eternity for our food, to the point where we almost decided to cancel our order. It was surprising, especially since the restaurant wasn't even crowded. The long wait was frustrating and made the experience even worse. Now, let's talk about the food. Taste-wise, there was nothing wow about it. Everything was overly salty and spicy. I ordered the Kari Dosa, and to my dismay, it looked and tasted more like an egg dosa. The Uthappam was supposed to be thick and fluffy, but it was disappointingly slim. We also tried some non-veg items, and they were just as bad—everything was excessively salty and spicy. Overall, it’s a big no from me. The long wait was not worth it, and the taste was very disappointing. I won’t be visiting Raam Restaurant again. Some foods are extremely worst in quality and taste but they will charge too much for that. Service is fine but few minute it will take. Compare with this so many decent hotels are available in trichy
