We visited this dastarkhwan with a reel view Idhar PUSHPA KO JHUKNA PADEGAA SAALA because height is 4.5ft of Restaurant And the SERVICE is pathetic they won’t respond you if need we waited for almost 50 minutes for Food and their food taste is average NOT served HOT ,bc thoda bhi garam nhi thaa Please don’t waste your Money and time idhar mat jao Isse ache restaurant hai same price me even the rice is plain in the platter, definitely not worth for money guys believe me when we reported this to MANAGEMENT they said this is EVERYCUSTOMER ‘s REVIEW that FOOD SERVED IS NOT HOT AND WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING AS IT TAKES TIME AND PREPARED ONE BY ONE DISH WE WERE SHOCK HE WAS TRYING TO COVER Bhai Paise kis baat ka le rahe ho tum log 3500 FREE ka nhi aya tha humare pass . I was really disappointed with Raafae's Dastarkhwan. The food was just average, nothing memorable. The service also left much to be desired. We had to wait around 45 minutes for our food, and even after ordering, it was hard to get basic things like glasses or tissues. We had to ask multiple times, but the waiter wasn’t very responsive or around much. To make matters worse, there was no water in the washroom. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Highly inconsiderate n discourteous people, even after requesting that we have an elder senior citizen accompanying us they didn't allow us to sit on the ground floor, though it was completely empty on the ground floor. They don't care if you put in the effort to visit their place for having food n mite make you return back spoiling your n families mood hence be very careful as this is not the first time some one like me is complaining their have been instances in the past where people have been complaining about such issues. Only serving food doesn't work being in the customer service industry u need to learn customer service as well, I think they still need to learn about customer service n etiquettes...
