In Akola city this is one of the fine hotels for stay. Food is not as per standard but ok...near the Railway station and middle in the city . The market is also near this hotel. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I always stay here. I love the management here. But today I went to your second branch Hotel RG . I stood for 10 minutes From there, the receptionists female were having fun with her other co- workers. When I asked about the room, I have kept a tarif card there and again started looking at the phone No one gives respect to the guest here. When I asked him to call the manager. Then she said I am a manager here. Where the manager is like this. What can you expect from other staff reseptioniest female is extremely rude, arrogant and mannerless, when I pointed out one of her mistakes, instead of apologising, she back answered shamlessly. I request the management to take action against her. never visiting or recommending this hotel to anyone

Dear sir , Good Evening I really apology for inconvenience, with our another branch receptionist person , actually after discus with the receptionist person in Rg Hotel , they are told to me you come with inquiry or check in with unmarried couple , it's a aginnest of hotel managements so hotels are not allowed couple friendly , so receptionist are not allowed for check in , so please ignore everything in previous matter , so please come also our property stay with family & delights of dinner Thanks Regards Rs Team 7447439462/3
