I ordered an egg curry for takeaway from this restaurant on 8th September. When I sat down to eat at home, I was shocked to find an insect in the curry. I immediately contacted the restaurant and sent photo evidence of the issue. Instead of offering an apology or a refund, they simply told me to take another order.I didn't accept to take another order(curry) becoz whole curry can be contaminated.I believe that finding an insect in food is a serious hygiene issue, and the restaurant's response shows a complete disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is concerned about food hygiene and fair customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1–200

So basically i ordered food from here more than 10 times within a month because no doubt food is amazing taste wise but but problem is that they are so unhygienic.once I got feather of chicken in my momos which is so disgusting to look at even eat . And once chicken tikka was so raw that I can see the red blood.lost my appetite i even complain 2 times but they don't even change one single thing it was all repetition even the onion they gave it's not fresh at all , I don't know why they don't want to change !!!
