I had a disappointing experience at RR Bakery, Guntakal. The quality of the cake has significantly declined. The cool cakes were overly soaked in sugary syrup, making them extremely sweet and unpleasant to eat. The staff's attitude was very poor — no one responded properly when approached. What was most frustrating is that the design shown at the time of placing the order was completely different from what was actually delivered. There seems to be no accountability or interest in customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to a lack of better alternatives in the area, people continue to visit this bakery without much choice.
