2. At the outset the decor and the ambience will blow your mind. And then it is the food that will take your breath away.
3. Araku as a tourist spot has very very limited eateries with very below average food and ambienve being provided. ROYAL DARBAR is being run by a set of young and enterprising entrepreneurs, if i may say so, who are full of josh and always smiling. And the front of the house is supprted by a very very capable kitchen staff who know how to tittilate the customers' tastebuds to the limit.
4. I ordered Butter chicken and Dal fry. Both are signature dishes and one taste of each will make a statement of how good or bad the chef is. The chefs are awesome !!!!
5. I personally met Owner Partner -Vishnu, Manager - Anand, Head chef -Sai and chef - Shamshir and expressed my compliments on the exceptional food they served and the amazing ambience.
6. In a place where good accomodation and good food is JUST NOT AVAILABLE, this restaurant is like a OASIS in a desert. My recommendations to all future visitors that this is the ONE STOP RESTAURANT fo their entire stay. All hotels food is best avoidable leas this.
7. Some areas for improvement that i suggested are :-
(a) Stewards/waiting staff to be trained more professionally. They are nice but lost.
(b) Parking area should be catered to take in the load of the guests that come their in pvt cars/ buses.At present NO PARKING place is available.
(c) Cleanilness and ambience should continue to be maintained at the same standard. Else like all APTDC properties which had the capabilities of a true 4 star hotels, they have been reduced to pathetic NO star properties as on date.
8. I wish the Royal Darbar team best wishes and lots of success if they continue to serve the tourists in the same manner. They are the NO 1 restaurant in Araku.
