I ordered from Royal Café via Zomato and this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The sandwiches were extremely soggy and had almost no vegetables inside – completely different from what was shown on the menu. The burger didn’t even feel like a real burger – it was just a dry bun with almost nothing inside, which was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the packaging was careless and the food soggy. This is not acceptable, especially at the prices charged. Really disappointed and hope the restaurant seriously improves its quality and standards for online orders. Seriously, jab kuch banana hi nahi aata to banana band kardo. This was a complete waste of money and time. Please improve your food quality or stop serving such items online.
