The high ratings of this place wouldn't be possible without the cheerful staff. Nice service is something that guests note in their comments. Our stay was pleasant. We, a family of 3 stayed in executive triple bedroom. Rooms and bathroom was clean and smelled good. The room service was good and prompt. There is complimentary breakfast available for certain room categories and we got it. Breakfast was good. I have never got such crispy tasty vadas anywhere else. If are looking for a room which is closer to rose park, botanical garden then you can go for this place. This room is little bit away from the main road and so there was not much noise which was good. From our executive triple bedroom room 210 we got good view of ooty city. Service: 5

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience with Rosepark Residency, Ooty, and would strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for families. My friends and I booked a room in advance and even paid almost half the amount upfront. I explicitly informed them that we would be arriving late. We got there around 2 AM but the manager said that no rooms were available and the booking we had made was given to someone else. This is not only shocking but absolutely unacceptable!. The hotel staff have no care to confirm with us or inform us before giving the room we had already paid for to someone else. To make matters worse, we were unkindly treated and made to stand outside the hotel in the cold for a long time, despite wearing sweaters and jackets, we were shivering in the harsh weather. It took us until 4 AM to find another hotel, completely ruining our night and causing unnecessary stress. This is the most unprofessional behavior I’ve encountered, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your comfort and peace of mind, stay away from this hotel.
