It's a pleasant experience to taste nicely cooked omelettes. You will be offered good juice or good coffee. The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is cool. Prompt service is something guests appreciate here. You might pay your attention to the spectacular atmosphere. But google users haven't given ROLEX RESTAURANT& BAKES a high rating.

A classic example of how one mis-step and not handling it right leads to the beginning of a downfall! The staff used to speak very friendly and talk nice. Until one day - today, when we ordered a veg momos and were served chicken momos. We doubted if it wad chicken yet we were told it is veg and when paying the bill, came to know it was chicken. We thought they would be apologetic but no - Everyone behind the counter carried a smile shrugging and smirking as if it was nothing. My wife was furious and shouting. They were saying we are not billing it but did not have the heart to say sorry or appease this agitated woman. Then only I realized that they were just putting a friendly face but did not care about the emotions. No Sorry, No shouting at the person who took the order. Note: All of this even to a regular customer like me: I have been spending almost ₹3500 per quarter here and still! (ALWAYS ALWAYS HEAR OUT TO YOUR CUATOMER EVEN IF IT IS NOT WHAT YOU BELIEVE OR EMOTE WITH! HEAR THEM OUT! EMPATHIZE).
