Vegetarian food will be what you are offered to taste at this restaurant. UDUPI GRAND serves good roti, masala dosa and vada. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters serve good coffee.
The professional staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Visitors say that the service is terrific here. It's an opportunity for you to enjoy the comfortable atmosphere. But google users rated this place and it didn't earn a high rating.

Great food neat and clean hygiene place to enjoy udupi food, we liked the service and really great staff.. Ambience is nice and bright. Uncle who serves food is very humble and such a gentle person he is friendly and greet people so well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Set Masala Dosa, South Indian Thali, Dosa, Idly Sambar Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Recently visited Udupi Grand Hotel located in Channagiri, Karnataka, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations given the promising name, but unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to them. Ambience and Cleanliness The atmosphere of the hotel was disappointing. The moment I walked in, I noticed a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The floors were dusty, and it was evident that they hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. The walls were not neat and had visible stains and marks, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. For a hotel that aims to attract guests, maintaining cleanliness should be a top priority, and sadly, this was not the case here. Food Quality The food served at Udupi Grand was below average. I was expecting authentic and delicious meals, but the flavors were bland, and the presentation was unappealing. The ingredients did not seem fresh, and the overall dining experience left much to be desired. A restaurant’s food is often its main attraction, but here, it was a letdown. Service The service was just average. While the staff was not outright rude, they lacked the enthusiasm and professionalism that one expects in the hospitality industry. Requests were handled with delays, and the staff didn’t seem motivated to ensure guest satisfaction. Small gestures, like a welcoming smile or prompt assistance, can make a big difference, but those were missing here. Overall Experience Overall, my experience at Udupi Grand Hotel was disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, subpar food quality, and average service made my stay unpleasant. I believe the management needs to take immediate steps to improve the hotel’s standards. A clean and inviting atmosphere, better food, and attentive service are essential for attracting and retaining customers. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
