I placed an order at 7:00 PM tonight (17/10/25) and was promised a delivery. It is now 9:30PM, two and half hours later, and my food has not been delivered. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, absolutely no one is answering the telephone. This shows a profound disrespect for the customer and a total breakdown in service. Three hours for a delivery that never arrived, zero communication, and ignored phone calls. This isn't just "bad service"—it's an embarrassing failure of a business operation Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
