Good falooda have an appetizing taste. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the gracious staff. Spectacular service is something guests like here. Many reviewers say that the dishes are offered for affordable prices. It's usually good to experience something new and enjoy the cool atmosphere. I placed an order at 7:00 PM tonight (17/10/25) and was promised a delivery. It is now 9:30PM, two and half hours later, and my food has not been delivered. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, absolutely no one is answering the telephone. This shows a profound disrespect for the customer and a total breakdown in service. Three hours for a delivery that never arrived, zero communication, and ignored phone calls. This isn't just "bad service"—it's an embarrassing failure of a business operation.
