Very very bad food..vegitable is stale..chapati is also wet..very very pathetic food..Renu rasoi partner is also not good..guys please don't order any kind of food through Renu ki rasoi.because their food will make us sick. Give zero rating

I did not misbehave or respond rudely, but you were not ready to accept that the food from our side was absolutely fine.1)The same sabzi that was delivered to you was also sent to other customers, and we did not receive any complaints from them. So, it is not possible that there was any issue with the sabzi.2)Regarding the roti being wet, as you mentioned, ma’am, if you open the packet after 30 minutes, it is obvious that due to the heat, there will be some moisture inside.3)As for your statement that our food made you sick, that is not possible because we always serve fresh and high-quality food.4)If you want, I can also share the call recording with you.
