Ordered a white truffle cake for my sister’s birthday (₹1000). We had clearly told them not to overload it with cream, but the cake came with hardly any sponge, just full cream inside. Totally ruined the vibe. We even called them, not for a refund, just to give feedback but they were rude. I know they have enough customers, and losing one doesn’t bother them. But this is not how you treat people. Not ordering again! Service: Takeaway Service: 1
