Very bad food and service....me and my family haulted at this hotel for lunch during our travel from Trivandrum to Kottayam..Meals was not available at 2PM too and finally ordered some fried rice and veg biriyani..plus chilli gobi and chilli mushroom..we had to repeat the order items several times as the waiter was not properly or patiently hearing our menu..drinking water also was not served for 30 mins minimum..finally after long wait, we got worst ever food and luckily chilli mushroom was not served and some delay mentioned and we cancelled it..fried rice and biriyani was very bad and like local rice and some onions put..rate too of Rs.120 per plate was too much for this low sub quality item..chilli gobi was like sambar..finally we ate some for name sake and left for another hotel on the way..also they dont accept cards for payment....very much unprofessional and poor quality hotel..dont get attracted by the name...better opt for other nearby hotels..our day was spoilt due to this hotel visit..... Please treat this as most relevant review and beware of going to this location....Adoor bypass has lots of good hotels..If anybody want further info, i am available to share the bills, googlepay details etc...
Low quality food and service is fine, I dont want to blame that, but charging higher amount even after is the worst ever thing and all their negative reviews given by customers are 100% genuine and true..We experienced the same..kids also are facing stomach upset after having food from here..

Very bad service. Arrogant attitude. Food is not good at all.Sambar tastes like chilli curry. Also charges a lot of money.
