Extremely bad experience!! Even though many have given a good review, don’t be fooled like me.. I would never take my pet to this place ever! Please read the reviews with less than 3 rating and you would know what I’m intending to say. My bad that I missed to read the bad reviews and just went ahead with the booking believing the good ones! They write back responses as if they did a fair job! But honestly its a lie, they never offered me any compensation as mentioned below in their response. They kept telling the fact that they didn’t confirm the booking! Just because you want your place to run, stop posting lies!! I will ensure your place gets reported What exactly happened is your next question right?! So apparently I called to book a stay in this resort and they asked me to do it online on their app. As this is the first time I am booking a slot with them, I selected pay at arrival option and completed my booking on the app. These people however did not even confirm my booking from their side and I was under the impression that the booking was confirmed as they were even replying to my queries on whatsapp even after i told them that i have booked a slot for 1 night stay. They never cared to call and inform me that the booking was not confirmed nor check if I was coming to the resort. Wasted petrol and time, travelling for 45 mins in the hot sun with the pet.. I was not even given a compensation for their lack of responsibility.. Also, very poorly maintained swimming pool (the water was so bad and dirty, with hair of other pets).. they never cleaned the poop of other pets as well in the play area.. Pet parents, if u love your pets enough DO NOT take them to this place as there is high chance of your pet catching a skin disease or an allergy or even serious health issues.. So think twice before you do it!

We totally understand your disappointment. It is our duty to clarify the situation,the stay part of the app is on Beta version hence the booking you have made was not monitored and therefore confirmation was not given and an upfront payment was not received. We handle multiple queries in a day and this was merely an oversight and we genuinely attempted to make an alternative arrangement and was unsuccessful. As a result of this inconvenience we offered pet grooming and pool session as complimentary. however you chose not to use them. We regret the inconvenience caused. To mention on the hygiene part we wrapped up a pool session followed by play session for our in-house pets and you stepped in at that time.Kindly note we always ensure hygiene as our top priority and upkeep the environment pet safe and appreciate your feedback despite you have not consumed any of our service.
