The experience at the restaurant was highly disappointing. The staff, from order takers to waiters, displayed a notable lack of interest. While the starters were somewhat okay, the main course tikka biriyani was extremely disappointing. It didn’t taste like biriyani at all; rather, it seemed like rice mixed with an excessive amount of masalas and chicken pieces, resembling a homemade dish made with leftover rice. When we complained about this, they insisted that it tasted the same and, after arguing, reluctantly replaced it with simple biriyani rice, which was also subpar. They also charged us extra for the replacement. Additionally, they took the tikka biriyani back and still charged us for it. Their unfriendliness and disregard for customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire ordeal.

Was a very disappointing experience due to very uninterested staff right from the person who took our orders, the waiters and the kitchen staff . Despite requesting reduced spice levels for medical reasons, the staff got the orders wrong , and even made us pay extra for the food that we had to return !! Extremely unfriendly, and also had no value for the customer . They spoilt a special occasion for me and my parents . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
