We (I along with two other friends Thahar & Vinod) recently had a hearty lunch at Ramesh dhaba.. The food truly gave us that authentic rustic touch. We started with Sweet Corn Fry, which was crispy, mildly spiced, and a perfect crunchy starter. The Mushroom Kaju Masala was rich and flavorful, with the creaminess of cashews blending beautifully with the earthy taste of mushrooms. The Egg Burji had that homely taste with just the right amount of spice, making it a comforting dish. Paired with soft, fresh Phulkas, it made for a wholesome combination. To finish, the Buttermilk was refreshing, light, and helped balance the spices of the meal. Overall, a satisfying and authentic dhaba-style experience with simple yet delicious flavors.
