Dear Valuable customer, We understand that our self-service model requires customers to place orders at the counter. On the day of your visit, we noticed that you were standing near the counter, but didn't approach us to place an order. We assumed you were waiting for someone to join you. As per our policy, customers are required to come to the counter to place orders. We don't take orders from tables. If you had approached the counter, we would have been happy to assist you.
