Daily customer of RC but today was the bad experience . A guy came to ask parcel for liquor of 90 ml or more but the person in front of me pore water from basin were we wash the hand I have fight with the owner and waiter . Who nows they would be doing in food also?. I m not going to visit. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
