Let us understand the facts clearly.As mentioned yesterday, ours is an open dining environment, and flaying insect fallen ( not worm ) . However, we take your concerns very seriously. Immediately after you informed us, we removed the entire food order completely—including dosas, chutneys, and sambar—and provided a fresh batch of food for you ( all dosas) . As part of our regular quality-check practice, I personally tasted the prepared sambar and chutneys along with two pieces of idli Next to your table( if you remember), to ensure the food quality and hygiene standards were maintained ( at the time of your initial order) Even after taking immediate corrective action and ensuring fresh food preparation, the feedback shared appears misleading and does not represent our genuine efforts or hygiene practices.This review reflects inaccurate information and does not fairly represent how we handled the situationThank you R-Andhra Cafe
