Qutuz Irani Tea Hotel is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a good cup of Irani chai and classic bun maska. The chai is perfectly brewed with that authentic Irani flavour, and the bun maska is always fresh and satisfying. Their Bhurji Pav and Mutton Kheema Pav are must-tries, truly the specialties of this place. Both dishes are flavourful, well-prepared, and definitely worth recommending.
