Quality has a prime first-floor location in Kausani's small market. The premises are clean and spacious, but with no great ambience. It's good for large groups with a formal dining room atmosphere. The menu is fairly varied and most dishes listed are available, unlike other places. For solo diners, the best seats are at the table for two next to the large windows overlooking the market. The service is friendly and polite. The food though is on the spicier side. I ordered paneer mutter and madua roti. The roti, made from local millets was great! The paneer mutter was in a thick, buttery, overspiced gravy. The taste of paneer and mutter was both overwhelmed by the gravy. Parking: There are several streets nearby with free street parking. Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly place. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the first floor, hence not accessible.
