Ordered a Hot Chocolate Fudge from this restaurant, and to my shock, I found a hair in it. I didn’t even ask for a refund just wanted to inform them about the issue and suggest they wear caps to maintain hygiene. Instead of acknowledging the concern, they denied it and accused me of lying.Even the delivery executive mentioned that the restaurant staff was rude to him/her, which further shows their unprofessional attitude.Really disappointed with both the hygiene and the behavior of the staff. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. Avoid it if you care about food safety and good service.
