My stay was unfortunately marred by a lack of basic amenities—there was no hot water in the room. I promptly informed the front desk and patiently waited for over two hours, but received no update or assistance. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved and the staff's indifference was deeply disappointing. After a hectic tour to Pondicherry it was pleasant stay at Hotel Southern Comfort. Rooms were clean & with good amenities. Food was very tasty. Staff ( Mr. Shafi) was honest & cooperative. Easy to access from airport & market places. Service: 5
