The ambience was fine and the food was decent, but the service was completely unacceptable. A staff member spilled coffee on the table, failed to apologize, and responded rudely when I asked for it to be cleaned. This reflects very poor professionalism. I ordered a veg pizza and they served us literally half cooked food.all the veggies dropped down as soon as I lifted the pizza and the crust was literally a roti....wat a disaster

Have been a regular customer of Qmin in Aurus Mall Guwahati.The food quality has deteriorated significantly in last few months.Kathi roll is super spicy,baked peri peri samosas are fried till the colour changes to almost blackish and Pizza slices arecl covered with too much cheese. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
