Had a terrible experience at this café. Ordered Chicken & Mushroom White Sauce Pasta and White sauce Shrimp Pasta— pasta was undercooked, and worst of all, we found hair in the food. The poop lines in the shrimp were intact; not cleaned well. Absolutely unacceptable, especially for ₹1000. The only decent thing was the ambience, but even that wasn’t clean. Definitely not worth visiting. If you’re planning a café-hopping trip, skip this place. This café seriously needs to improve food quality and hygiene before they lose more customers. It is a cute little place located in the heart of Fort Kochi. Had the best pesto sandwich ever. Will definitely come back.

I have visited qissa cafe previously, but on my recent visit it was very absurd and disappointing, i went there w my girlfriend and ordered two mint limes and a fries, and while we were sitting there the waiter was staring at us which was very disturbing and we moved to a different table, still when he came to take other orders he kept staring at us, and after the order came the mint lime was somewhat okay, but the fries was so bland and we both had problems with our stomach the next day, during previous years qissa was a good cafe to visit but I wouldn't suggest it to anyone no more, the food and service were really trash, im only okay with the ambiance Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
