The food quality is very very bad had order some soup it was so terrible couldn’t eat more than a spoonful. And their customer service is so poor. We can get better food from other hotels.Not recommended at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was poor in taste and quality. Service was unprofessional as we had to repeatedly request even for water. Payasam didn't complete round 2 since they ran out of stock. And while discussing all these feedbacks with the management, their arrogance came in multiple ways. Here is one "there is plenty of payasam left in the kitchen, take it" Absolute trash and utmost disrespectful way to talk to a customer who bought such a bulk. Perinthalmanna was always a favourite for food adventures. And Qawa Palace deserves no place in the restaurant business if they can't understand what 'service' or 'customer' means. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
