Having seen Ugra Tara Temple, it's time to have a rest at Qalaa Uzan Bazar. Try perfectly cooked chicken at this place. Eating tasty blueberry cheesecakes, almond cookies and praline is a pleasant experience here. At this spot, guests may have great almond mocha, coffee or moccachino.

I walked into the shop, but none of the staff acknowledged my presence—they were too busy chatting among themselves. No one offered any assistance. Eventually, I picked up a jar of cookies and went to pay. The bill was 372, but they added 9% CGST and 9% SGST, bringing the total to 440. It’s not about the money; it's the principle. How can they justify a 9% service charge when they didn’t even interact with the customer? To top it off, if I ordered the same items on Zomato from the same outlet(Ujan Bazar), I’d pay 40 rupees less. This was a terrible experience. I won’t be going back. Not the one to write reviews but since this was the most disappointing purchase of my life, I just had to. Had ordered a customized cake for my ring ceremony which costed 7k and to say that the finishing was below average also would be a stretch. Spoke to the manager after 10 days, and he said I should have called before, which makes me wonder why that is a problem because a) People have work and get busy b) If I'm calling after 10 days then you should be more concerned because it means your cake still haunts me. I don't know how I can get compensated for this because it ruined my experience and I can't undo it and I don't think they will do much about it. But you all can think more than twice before ordering from here because even after you've paid a good amount they can just tell you that your expectations are too high. Expectation vs. reality shown in pictures.

Ordered chocolate ganache eclairs and mocha almond praline pastry, the eclairs was heavenly and the ganache was decadent. It was a little cold but good nonetheless. Also bought focaccia bread which I unfortunately would not recommend as it was dense and not fluffy and was very salty for a focaccia. Great customer service and ambience tho!
