I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with a staff member who was taking orders at Quality rolls. I was initially hopeful about my visit, but my encounter with this individual left a lot to be desired in terms of professionalism and courtesy. From the moment I approached the counter, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The staff member barely acknowledged my presence and seemed more focused on something else, giving me very little attention. When I attempted to place my order, they were curt and impatient, offering no warmth or friendliness that one would expect in a customer service setting. As I asked a few questions about the menu, hoping for some guidance, I was met with short, uninterested responses. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. When I politely asked for the Waiting time to my order, the staff member rolled their eyes and sighed, making me feel uncomfortable for asking. It was clear that they had no interest in providing the kind of service that would make the customer feel valued. Everything is perfect here but I didn't like the environment there some little children come and ask for food that is little bit exhausting for me. Whenever I plan to have rolls, I have only few options for the stores and Qwality Rolls one of them. One of the best chicken roll they sell at a very affordable price.
