I recently tried Qaswa Kuzhimanthi's biriyani and mandhi, and my experience was mixed. The biriyani was good, flavorful, and satisfying. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to biriyani lovers. However, their Alfahm Mandhi was a letdown. While the Alfahm (meat) was tender and well-cooked, the rice was a disappointment. It was sticky and average, which didn't complement the meat well.
