I dined at Hotel Purva Pangat and opted for the veg thali, which embodied the essence of a typical Maharashtrian meal. The thali featured dry potato bhaji and a curry with mutter, and while the quality of dal and rice was passable, the inclusion of solkadhi added a balancing touch. Noteworthy in the thali were the unique dalvada and chutney. However, the additional charge for an extra roti seemed a bit much given the already above-average thali price.
