"The staff behavior at this beer bar was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. They were rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, their attitude made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. This level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the management and the establishment as a whole. Immediate attention is needed to train the staff on proper customer interaction and professionalism to avoid driving away customers." they serve food which never i tasted before in bongaigaon...must say they know how to make good food....and the ambiance is outstanding........various option for veg items ....and must be there in bongaigaon place........full impressed
