Absolutely disappointing experience. This place is nothing like what they show online. The images on the website and booking platforms are completely misleading — what you get in reality is a run-down, low-quality facility pretending to be a luxury resort. The rooms were of third-class quality at best — dirty walls, stained bedsheets, broken fixtures, and a foul smell in the room. This is far from what you'd expect from a place calling itself a “resort and spa.” Hygiene was a major concern. Bathrooms were not properly cleaned, towels looked reused, and the general cleanliness of the premises was terrible. There were insects in the room, and housekeeping was non-existent. The facilities were pathetic — no hot water in the shower, barely working air conditioning, and the so-called spa was either closed or in terrible condition. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful, with no effort made to resolve any issues. It felt like a complete scam — you're paying for a resort and getting the experience of a cheap motel. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Save your money and your sanity. Service: 1

There was issue in our room so receptionist helped us to shift in another good room. But manager Sandeep he really needs to learn some hospitality skills on how to treat customers. Apart from this old senior manager everything is good in this resort.

We had an amazing stay at Purple Palms Resort & Spa! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our little family. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The restaurant food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. But what really impressed us was the baby food - our little one loved it! Overall, we highly recommend Purple Palms Resort & Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can't wait to come back! Service: 5
