Extremely pathetic stay. The staff was very rude. There is no safety of any type. They don’t allow any visitors in the hotel. Very basic and dirty rooms. The managers were rude and literally harassed us girls. Not a place to spend so much money on.

There was issue in our room so receptionist helped us to shift in another good room. But manager Sandeep he really needs to learn some hospitality skills on how to treat customers. Apart from this old senior manager everything is good in this resort.

We had an amazing stay at Purple Palms Resort & Spa! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our little family. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The restaurant food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. But what really impressed us was the baby food - our little one loved it! Overall, we highly recommend Purple Palms Resort & Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can't wait to come back!
