Our hotel is family-friendly and we have 100s of happy guests staying here and dropping good reviews. In regards to the Towel charge, we are forced to post the photos of towels that u made untidy with Hair dye colour. Just think it's a pure white colour towel. You made it all black colour stains which will not be reused after deep wash also, that's why we charged. In the restroom, we provide two high-quality lemon grass oil soaps, hair oil, shampoo and moisturizing lotion, normally in Star Hotels hand-wash will not be kept. About the food part, we always provide a daily buffet fresh breakfast based on the occupancy list, also our F&B team will collect daily feedback, We still have not received any feedback on the same day, so it's very clear that you intend to manipulate the matters and to showcase our hotel reputation inadequately. Social Media is for all matters where justice is decided by the viewers. So hiding your malfeasance with our staff is also to be noted at this point and let me explain kindly don't misuse the hotel facilities that you think are granted free. Other offers we provided for you: On your check-in time we did not charge any Early check-in charges.
