Worst customer service.....it was my first time to order any cake from them ....as Google showed they were one of the best in paschim vihar.....Manager was very rude and on asking for owners number he bluntly refused.... For customisation.... colour can't be matched... design can't be matched ...cake base more issues finally when I agreed to all terms n conditions of theirs then price sky high ...extra cost to make a cake from picture .....i mean seriously Worst staff ...food I guess would also be pathetic
