The Moringa soup was a great, healthy surprise! • The Mains: The Kharda Chicken and Mutton Kheema were packed with bold spices. Don't miss the Mushroom Dhangari if you want a great veg option. • Pro Tip: Skip the machine-made chapatis and go straight for the Bhakri—it’s much better and pairs perfectly with the gravies. • The Finish: We ended with the Aalni Bhaat, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to wrap up the meal.
