I ordered boba shake from this place a couple of times 6 months back. It was decent. I ordered again today and it was purely disgusting. They have replaced glass bottle with horrible quality paper cup. The quality of the dome shaped plastic cover was just too bad. On top of that they covered the glass with polythene like poor quality plastic which the straw could not perforate. As a result the entire dome cover had to be taken off. The straw quality was terrible and inconsistent. It could not even pick up or pull the bobas.I had to throw away the straw, it was of no use and it was losing its consistency pretty fast. Coming to the drink, the bobas used were just terrible. No taste at all and no consistency. It seemed like they bought ready made boba and just threw it in the drink. The drink itself tasted bland with no coffee/mocha flavor. It tasted horrible, felt like lots and lots of sugar syrup has been added. I dont know what happened to this place but this place seems to be pretty much done. It was a total waste of money.

From taste to packaging , we really regret you experience went bad . We investigated this and came to know that the order was served wrongly in packaging by one of the trainees for which we take the entire responsibility . Please be informed we will be taking this in serious consideration for any future orders . Please note that we donnot use any sugar syrup in our drinks , and recipes are not altered since last year . in one word it was disgusting. I have ordered a couple of times from this place 6 months back. it was never this bad. instead of glass bottles they have horrible quality paper cup with horrible cover which was wrapped in cello tape terribly. the cup itself was covered with some rubbery plastic which the stray could not perforated so entire had to be taken off. the straw quality was extremely poor quality, bobas were getting stuck all the time. now coming to the drink, the bobas had got absolutely no taste. it seemed like ready made boba which they simply threw into the drink. the taste of the drink was bland, no flavour at all. No more ordering from this cafe. this cafe is pretty much done. please stop selling this horrible thing.
