It's very unfortunate that I am changing my 5star review to 2 star. This happened not only today, but now 3 to es in a row. Service pathetic, no one cares about , as bread/roti and dal is served without dish and bowl and kept on Waiting and no one listening to provide and serve, finally need to go to counter. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor service and unfair charges – disappointing experience Visited Satguru’s Punjabi Rasoi with my wife and had a very unpleasant experience. We ordered just one starter and one main course, but there was no proper service. No staff attended us proactively, and we had to ask multiple times even to get the bill. They added ₹30 as packing charges for leftover food, packed in a cheap aluminum pouch worth barely ₹1–2. When I asked to speak to the manager, he didn’t come but removed the charge quietly from the bill — clearly showing they knew it was wrong. Even though the charge was reversed, the overall experience was frustrating. I’m sharing this so others are aware of the poor service and these kinds of unfair practices.
