chicken handi is full of oil. My order was not delivered but delivery boy marked it delivered, when I tried to enquire about this with zomato they didn't help me at all. Day by day zomato is losing my trust

Poor service and unfair charges – disappointing experience Visited Satguru’s Punjabi Rasoi with my wife and had a very unpleasant experience. We ordered just one starter and one main course, but there was no proper service. No staff attended us proactively, and we had to ask multiple times even to get the bill. They added ₹30 as packing charges for leftover food, packed in a cheap aluminum pouch worth barely ₹1–2. When I asked to speak to the manager, he didn’t come but removed the charge quietly from the bill — clearly showing they knew it was wrong. Even though the charge was reversed, the overall experience was frustrating. I’m sharing this so others are aware of the poor service and these kinds of unfair practices.
