Absolutely Terrible Experience – Not Worth Visiting I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. The food was downright pathetic. We ordered Murg Mussallam and Paneer Angara—both dishes were a complete joke. The taste was completely off, presentation was poor, and nothing about them felt remotely authentic or appetizing. The service was even worse. We had to wait 20 minutes just for rotis, and when they finally came, they were either burnt, overcooked, or sometimes even undercooked. We received the wrong order twice, and getting even basic things like a spoon required calling the waiter 3-4 times. The staff was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to complaints. When we pointed out issues like burnt rotis and the poor taste of the food, they showed zero concern. There was no effort to fix anything. They didn’t even bother to give us a finger bowl at the end of the meal. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience—from bad food to worse service. Terrible experience overall. Waited over 20 minutes for a single roti, and the food was way below standard. Gravies tasted like they were reused from other dishes—Murgh Mussalam and Paneer Angara Masala were a joke. Got the wrong order twice. When the rotis finally came, they were overcooked or burnt. On top of that, the waiters were arrogant, acting like they were doing us a favor just by taking the order. If this is the kind of service and quality you’re proud of, good luck keeping your customers. Food was good and service was prompt and good. Nicw family place. Their staff Anjali was always smiling and did her job happily. This is the customer service that all restaurants need.
