DON’T VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. PLEASE DON’T. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. We specifically chose this place through Swiggy Dineout, which was offering up to 30% discount, and we even traveled more than 20 km to get there. However, once we arrived, the staff outright refused to honor the Dineout offer. When we explained that we had already booked through the platform, they simply said they don’t accept it. This was extremely unprofessional. To make things worse, the manager was very rude and had a terrible attitude. Instead of helping, he gave excuses like fuel and LPG issues, which honestly made no sense since no other restaurants in Ravet seemed to have this problem. It felt like they just didn’t want to provide the discount. Overall, the service was very poor, the staff behavior was unacceptable, and the pricing is not justified at all for the experience they provide. I’m writing this so others don’t face the same issue — not worth your time or money. Avoid this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

recently visited Satguru's Punjabi Rasoi on the Mumbai-Pune Highway near Sentosa Resorts. This is a massive property with ample and well-managed parking, making it a very convenient stop for highway travellers. The Vibe & Ambiance:. The restaurant itself is quite large with ample sitting space. What I really enjoyed was the rustic, dhaba-style feel created by the khatiya/baaj (traditional cots) seating options. It adds a great authentic touch to the meal. They also have live game screenings, which makes for a lively atmosphere if you’re catching a match with friends. Food:. Tandoori Chicken: Definitely a highlight—it was good, juicy, and well-cooked. Dal Makhni: Another winner; the taste was very good and it lived up to expectations for authentic Punjabi flavors. What Could Be Better:. Pricing: The rates are on the higher side. For the price point, there is definitely scope for them to be more competitive or provide better value. Payment Information: A major inconvenience was the lack of prior information regarding Zomato Pay being non-functional. This should be clearly communicated to guests beforehand to avoid billing issues. Staff & Service: The service was just "ok-ok". While not terrible, the staff could be more proactive and attentive to match the premium rates they charge. Conclusion:. It’s a great spot for the ambiance and specific dishes like the Tandoori Chicken and Dal Makhni, but they need to iron out their service and payment transparency to justify the high prices. Food was good and service was prompt and good. Nicw family place. Their staff Anjali was always smiling and did her job happily. This is the customer service that all restaurants need.
