Seemed like other haveli restaurants at the first site.. when the whole family entered into the restaurant, the already empty hall at about 6 pm was looking clean and higenic..although when the service started, all the impression made by the looks was completely erased and washed away.. 1. Lizard (an specially filthy looking blakish and big one) found under our table.. and due to the pathetic service of the restaurant, we had to bear this for at least 20 min.. untill the filthy creature was almost killed by coming under our shoes.. only then someone from the staff came to collect it.. 2. A big insect (another black one) found resting on the plateas it came along with the butter tandoori rotis we orders.. the same was handed to the staff who show no surprise and didnt even seemed bothered with 1its presence there.. 3. Last but not the least, the vessel containing the dal makhani was leaking the water which it may have absorbed during the washing and cleaning of the vessel (absolutely filthy, unhiegenic and pathetic). Collectively, although any one of it would have made us leave the restaurant right then.. but may be after our vaishno devi trip we were so very tired that we did not want to leave from there and find another restaurant.. All in all, a pathetic experience at the restaurant, will recomend to go there only if you want to eat your food in the presence of lizards, insects and leaking vessels.. #Dontgotopujabihavelijammu
