Punjabi Chajja in Rani Bagh, Delhi, is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic Punjabi flavors. We recently had the pleasure of trying their renowned chhole bhature, and we must say, it was an experience to remember! The bhature, generously stuffed with paneer, were soft and perfectly complemented the rich and flavorful chhole. The blend of spices used in the chhole was exquisite, leaving a lingering taste that had us craving more. The burst of flavors, along with the warmth of traditional Punjabi hospitality, made the visit all the more memorable. Aside from the delightful chhole bhature, we also indulged in their rajma chawal, which was a delightful surprise. Topped with a medley of onions, carrot pickle, green chilies, and mint chutney, it was a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate.
