it was the worst food delivery experience, i placed order which was around 1029₹ and delivery was too delayed and i called to delivery boy he said food is yet to prepared after waiting and waiting ias my few friends were at home i felt really bad with eating anything they left the my home thn spoke to customer support and asked to cancel the order now thr is no point of sending food,they said i won't get any refund, and i dint even get a single call from anyone i had to call to customer support,
So if you are ordering from this place get ready get insulted in-front of your friends because Punjabi Balle Balle resturent and Zomato hardly care of these things they are here just to make food and money ?
