Sadly, The Punjab Province inside the Hyatt Amritsar didn't live up to the hype for me. While it boasts a convenient location next to Nexus mall, that’s about where the positives end. The food, attempting to blend traditional with modern, misses the mark, leaving much to be desired in terms of authenticity and taste. The ambiance, although clean, feels sterile and lacks character. Surprisingly, for a place named after Punjab, the menu's diversity comes at the cost of genuine Punjabi flavors. Even the coffee, which I had high hopes for, was mediocre at best.
