Updated Review after Dine-in: After providing a review on their pathetic quality of food on a delivery service (providing a review and sending a mail to their customer service) , I was hoping that food quality would have been improved . But I was wrong. Food quality is still very bad and it’s a shame on such a great chain of restaurants. We ordered a chicken tikka and Achari paneer tikka to see if same order would have better quality however the quality was equally bad in dine-in. We left without eating anything more and thanks Punjab grill for spoiling our lunch experience. The worst part they don’t even take customer feedback seriously. It’s surprising that all other branches are excellent , seems like issue only with this branch.. horrible ans please avoid. Very bad food quality when ordered food from here. A better chicken tikka and tandoori chicken can be ordered from a local dhaba and it would taste better than here. They charge exorbitant amount for their food (for example a 5 piece chicken tikka is around INR 825 ) the least we expect is better quality food the food provided was stale and old this is just an overrated , overpriced placewe had to throw away most of our food . I hope my stomach survives the food I ordered from them (of whatever I can eat) .Please avoid if you love your tummy and pocket Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1
