Visited Punjab Grill at Aerocity expecting a pleasant dinner, but the experience was nothing short of a disaster. The staff was completely inattentive and not even a glass of water was offered for over 15 minutes. No one bothered to take our order, acknowledge our presence, or show the slightest concern for basic hospitality.In a restaurant, customer comfort should be the top priority. But here, it felt like we were invisible. After waiting far too long, we had no choice but to walk out. Why would anyone stay in a place that can’t even manage the bare minimum of service?Punjab Grill Aerocity needs to seriously rethink its standards. If you value your time, mood, and dignity. Skip this place , There are far better options nearby that actually care about their guests.
