Issue with Butter Chicken Order – Spice Level Not Followed, I recently ordered butter chicken for my child through Zomato, and I specifically requested that it be made less spicy. These instructions were clearly mentioned in the Zomato app and were also communicated directly over the phone to the restaurant. However, the dish we received was too spicy, making it unsuitable for my child. This lack of attention to special instructions is disappointing, as we expected a meal that matched our request. Please look into this matter and ensure that such issues do not happen in the future. I would also appreciate a resolution for this order. Looking forward to your prompt response.
