I went to Bar Bank in Juhu around 10 PM and paid for sick people. From the start, the service was terrible. After paying, we were told to go to a counter to get our table, but no one seemed interested in assisting us. The manager we approached wasn’t even noting down names, and when another staff member was asked, he just ignored us and walked away.After waiting for over an hour, we finally got a table. Even then, getting someone to take our order was another struggle—two staff members argued before one of them finally attended to us. Throughout the night, service was inconsistent and entirely dependent on their mood. We had already paid the cover charge for six people despite being just four, yet they served us as if they were doing us a favor.When it was time to settle the bill, instead of giving back the extra money I had paid in cash, they returned it in the form of coupons. I wanted to leave a tip (which I always do, no matter what), but they insisted I could only use the coupon. Despite explaining that I had paid in cash, they refused to cooperate. They were offering a bottle of water of 20/- for 200/- The entire experience was frustrating, and if I could get my money back, I’d take it in a heartbeat. I only came here for the photo booth, which, to top it all off, had to be paid for separately. Honestly, I’m just glad I didn’t come here for Holi. A total waste of time and money.
