Have been to their Alwarpet outlet, and was pleasantly surprised to find out they had opened an outlet near my place. But that was only happy thing. The outlet is located inside RMZ Tech park and parking was not an issue. Being a Sunday evening very little crowd, inspite of that the service was slow and I found it to be lethargic. The way they took the order and execution left us frowning. The AC was not working and we chose sit outside. We ordered the Singapore Laksha among other dishes and made it very specific no mushroom were to be added. We were able to see that there was discussion among the staff when the order was brought out of the kitchen and then they took it back. Later they bought the dish to our table and when we ate it, we found mushroom in the dish. When we informed that we found mushroom in the dish, they were not apologetic nor did they enquire if the dish needed to be changed. Finally when we asked for the bill, we had to wait for 15 mins, Overall a very bad experience. I recently visited Pumpkin Tales inside the Tech Park in Porur with my kid. We ordered the Pumpkin Soup, Thai Green Curry rice bowl, and a Hot Chocolate. The Pumpkin Soup was decent—priced at ₹175, though the portion was quite small. The Thai Green Curry rice bowl, however, was a real shocker. At ₹525, the portion size was more like a kid’s meal. Typically, my child and I share a single portion of rice at most restaurants without any issues, but even though my son barely ate, I was still left hungry. The Hot Chocolate was another letdown. Priced at ₹425, it was quite average and didn’t feel worth the cost. While the taste of the food was undoubtedly good, the portion sizes simply didn’t justify the prices. I’d only recommend this place if portion size isn’t a concern Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Recommended dishes: Pumpkin Soup Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Hello Nandhini Thank you for your feedback, we follow standard portion sizes in all our outlets and never compromise on the quality and quantity, however will chk about the hot chocolate, apologies about it.
